Do you offer NHS or student discounts?
Yes. Selected stylists offer NHS and student discounts on set days. Just mention it when booking and we’ll match you to the right appointment. Please note that appointments with Aaron Jones are exempt from discounts.
Where can I park?
There’s plenty of on-street parking nearby on South Road, plus public car parks just a short walk from the salon.
Can I get to the salon via public transport?
Yes. We’re right by Waterloo Station, and just a short walk from local bus stops, making it easy to reach us from Crosby, Blundellsands, and the wider Liverpool area.
Is the salon wheelchair accessible?
Our Crosby location is step-free throughout. If you have specific access needs, give us a call before your appointment, and we’ll do everything we can to make sure you’re comfortable.
Do I need a patch test before colouring?
Yes. We always recommend booking a quick patch test at least 48 hours before any colour appointment. Drop us a line and we’ll talk you through the process.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking a few weeks ahead for peak times, but we sometimes have last-minute slots with the team too.
Do you do curly hair?
Yes. Our stylists are trained in curly hair cutting and styling, making us one of the go-to hair salons in Crosby for curly hair.
Can I book with someone other than Aaron?
Of course. Aaron leads the team, but every stylist in our is brilliant in their own right, and often have more availability.
Can I book online?
Yes. You can book online or over the phone, whichever’s easiest for you.
